REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You have a right to return your items within 14 days following receipt or your parcel. It is also possible to exchange your order for a similar product within 14 days upon receipt. If you choose to cancel a purchase, please return the item in the same condition and quality as you received it.

Any other handling, which is more than the one necessary to test the item in a regular manner in a physical store will cous a depreciation in the value of the item . If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.

Therefore you should make sure to always return all items in the same condition as at receipt. It is a good idea to keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the item.

Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@unikognaturlig.dk for return instructions. Please indicate the order or invoice number and a short note of the reason for the return. Make us clearly aware in your message, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

You can not regret by just refusing the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.

When the goods are received in our warehouse and the withdrawal has been approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Repayment is always done through a reversal via the automatic funds transfer (PBS). Thus the money will return to the same account from which they were paid.

Return costs shall be covered by the customer.

We can’t accept returns of these items :

– Custom or personalized orders

– goods that have been used, worned and washed

If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund (we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges).
