Shipping

Your goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is received (except when other delivery time is indicated on checkout page).

All orders are shipped from Europe/Denmark.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

You will be given the options to choose from once you have your shopping bag finalized and you have filled in your delivery address.

Depending on your delivery address, we ship our products with PostNord, GLS, Bring and DHL service. The shipment is insured and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your parcel is shipped, so that you can track your order at all times.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country.

On the checkout page you will be given the option to calculate shipping costs depending on country / zip number.

Denmark – GLS – from 29 DKK (delivered in 1-2 days). Free shipping for orders over 600 DKK.

Sweden – PostNord – from 65 SEK

Norway

The freight costs to Norway is NOK 155. Delivery time is 3-6 days.

You will not pay VAT and taxes in Denmark, but in Norway. So we deduct the Danish VAT before we ship goods to you. You will then be charged Norwegian VAT and custom fee when your parcel arrives to Norway.

All shipments under NOK 350, (incl. freight costs) are customs- and VAT free. For shipments more than kr 350 (incl. freight costs) – you will pay Norwegian VAT upon receiving of the parcel.

For shipments of value NOK 350-3000, – shipping agent will make a simplified customs clearance. For shipments more than NOK 3,000 – it will be made a regular customs clearance by the shipping agent.

Note: customs and VAT are paid upon collection of the parcel and is customer’s responsibility.

OTHER TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOM FEES:

Please note that the shipping as stated above is not included of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any taxes, duties and fees that may be levied by the destination country and due at the time of delivery.
